Maple Ridge Community

A contemporary neighborhood built for family living, combining efficient floor plans with sustainable, energy-conscious design.

Finished craftsman homes along Maple Ridge Community street

Overview

Fourteen craftsman-style homes on a single cul-de-sac, each with a covered porch, mudroom, and a kitchen that opens to the living space. Three floor plans, one consistent standard of finish.

The challenge

Buyers purchased off plan in stages, so selections had to stay flexible without delaying framing. We built a structured options program — seven decision milestones per home — that kept personalization high and schedule slips at zero.

Our approach

Shared crews moved house to house in a production rhythm: foundations, framing, MEP rough-in, then finishes. Sealed attics, low-E glazing, and 16-SEER systems come standard, and every home carries our two-year workmanship warranty.

Fourteen families, three floor plans, one street where every porch light matches — and every closing on time.

Outcome

All fourteen homes sold before the final certificate of occupancy, and the neighborhood's energy bills run roughly a third below comparable resales nearby.
